De dienst
Tributi (Thomas Thijs, NL) levert een conversational-AI platform waarmee bedrijven intake-formulieren vervangen door een chat. Je maakt een account aan, configureert een of meer bots, en deelt de publieke link met je klanten. Wij hosten de bot, slaan de gespreksdata op en genereren AI-rapporten.
Account & gebruik
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor wat er onder je account gebeurt — bewaar je inloggegevens zorgvuldig.
- Eén account per bedrijf. Team-functionaliteit is op Business+.
- Je mag de dienst niet gebruiken voor onwettige doeleinden, voor het verzamelen van bijzondere persoonsgegevens (zoals gezondheidsgegevens) zonder een afzonderlijke verwerkersovereenkomst, of voor het versturen van ongevraagde commerciële berichten.
- Eigendom van de intake-data ligt bij jou. We geven die niet aan derden zonder jouw opdracht.
Intakes voor juridische dienstverleners
Tributi is een intake-tool, geen advocatenkantoor, en de output van de dienst (chatgesprekken, rapporten, samenvattingen) is geen juridisch advies. Voor juridische verticalen voorziet de dienst in ingebouwde waarborgen (AI-disclosure bij de start, geen uitspraken over kansrijkheid of geschiktheid), maar jij blijft als opdrachtnemer verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie met je cliënten en de naleving van je beroepsregels. De intake vindt plaats vóór het aangaan van de opdracht; jij bepaalt zelf wanneer een advocaat-cliëntrelatie ontstaat.
Tarieven & betaling
Prijzen staan op tributi.ai/#pricing. Betalingen lopen via Stripe. Maandabonnementen worden maandelijks vooraf gefactureerd; jaarabonnementen jaarlijks vooraf. Je kunt op elk moment opzeggen via Settings → Billing → Manage subscription; de opzegging gaat in aan het einde van de lopende periode (geen pro-rata restitutie). Een 14-daagse gratis proefperiode geldt alleen voor je eerste betaalde abonnement.
SLA
We mikken op 99.5% uptime. Er is geen formele SLA in deze standaardvoorwaarden — als je een SLA met financiële credits nodig hebt, neem contact op voor een Enterprise-overeenkomst.
Aansprakelijkheid
De dienst wordt geleverd «as is». Onze aansprakelijkheid is per geval beperkt tot het bedrag dat je in de 12 maanden voorafgaand aan het schadevoorval aan Tributi hebt betaald. Indirecte schade (gederfde winst, gevolgschade) is uitgesloten, tenzij sprake is van opzet of grove schuld. Niets in deze voorwaarden beperkt aansprakelijkheid die op grond van dwingend recht (zoals consumentenwetgeving) niet kan worden uitgesloten.
Opzegging door ons
We kunnen het account opzeggen bij ernstig misbruik (spam, frauduleuze betalingen, onrechtmatige inhoud). We sturen eerst een waarschuwing tenzij dat redelijkerwijs niet mogelijk is. Resterend tegoed wordt pro-rata terugbetaald.
Toepasselijk recht
Nederlands recht. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland, tenzij dwingend recht een andere rechter aanwijst.

Tributi (Thomas Thijs, NL) operates a conversational-AI platform that lets businesses replace intake forms with a chat. You sign up, configure one or more bots, and share the public link with your clients. We host the bot, store the conversation data, and generate AI reports.
Account & use
- You are responsible for activity under your account — keep credentials safe.
- One account per business. Team features unlock on Business+.
- Don’t use the service for unlawful purposes, for collecting special-category personal data (e.g. health data) without a signed processing agreement, or for sending unsolicited commercial messages.
- You own your intake data. We don’t share it with third parties without your instruction.
Legal-services intakes
Tributi is an intake tool, not a law firm, and the service’s output (chat conversations, reports, summaries) is not legal advice. For legal verticals the service ships built-in safeguards (an AI disclosure at the start of every conversation, no statements about eligibility or likelihood of success), but you remain responsible for communications with your clients and for compliance with your bar’s professional-conduct rules. The intake happens before an engagement is formed; when an attorney-client relationship begins is determined by you, not by the service.
Pricing & payment
Prices live at tributi.ai/#pricing. Payments are processed via Stripe. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance; annual plans yearly in advance. Cancel any time via Settings → Billing → Manage subscription; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (no pro-rata refund). The 14-day free trial applies only to your first paid subscription.
SLA
We aim for 99.5% uptime. There is no formal SLA in these standard terms — contact us for an Enterprise agreement if you need a financial-credit SLA.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. Our liability per incident is capped at the amount you paid Tributi in the 12 months preceding the incident. Indirect damages (lost profits, consequential losses) are excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (such as consumer protections).
Termination by us
We may terminate the account in case of material abuse (spam, fraudulent payments, unlawful content). We’ll warn you first unless that’s not reasonably possible. Any unused prepaid credit is refunded pro-rata.
Governing law
Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law designates another forum.
